  Back during the March 2017 Wind Storm, my tote, (along with other Chili Customers) blew away while I was at work. Boon & Sons was NOT HELPFUL at all in trying to locate this tote (they did give me the Serial Number). They put the whole responsibility on me to TRESPASS on others property to locate this tote. When I asked about getting a new tote, I was informed that I would have to pay $80 and some change for a replacement, BUT, I would be reimbursed when my lost tote was located. It has been 8 months now since the Storm, and as far as I know this tote has not been returned.
  I suggested that Boon & Sons verify that their Customers have the correct serial number on their tote, since most Customers lock their totes in their garage. It's evident, since I have not been reimbursed, that Boon & Sons has NOT taken this suggestion. I strongly suspect, that one of their Customers in my neighborhood has my tote, but they ARE NOT willing to go the extra mile for a long time (former) Customer! The last Bill I received from them did have $80. + charge on it for not returning the lost / missing tote. You will do MUCH better going with another residential refuse company. I would hate to be in my 70's, 80's or 90's and have to go through all this.
